Iteration One:

Executive Overview generally takes 4 hours: 1 AAM Senior Consultant & the client’s executive team

Readiness Assessment & High Level Development Plan: 1 Senior Consultant; 3 – 5 days onsite with a cross section of the organization

Iteration Two:

  • Training: Introduction to AAM practices and expectations (1 day) for all internal stakeholders
  • Training: Managing Agile-Adaptive Projects Part I: Best Practices in AAM (2 days) for business and technical team leads, project managers and executive sponsors.
  • Fast-Start Project Kickoff (3 days); 1 - 2 Senior Consultants

Iteration Three:

  • Training: Writing Effective Use Cases or
  • Initiate a Guidance or Design Team to help manage expectations and prepare the company for future implementation initiatives if appropriate
  • 60 hours of onsite coaching per project; 1+ Senior Consultants/Project Coaches
