• Executive Overview to AAM Practices — What is this process called Agile? What is my role as a manager/executive? What will be different? (1-4 hrs; perfect for a keynote presentation or short workshop for a management team meeting)
• Introduction to the Agile Adaptive Management Lifecycle — An introduction to the best Agile and Adaptive Management practices for those who will be associated with but not directly involved on the Agile Team. It helps these stakeholders understand what will be different and what the team members will need from them. (1 day)

Management

• Managing Agile Adaptive Projects — Assure Project Leaders understand, and have the tools to apply Agile practices. (3-5 days)
• Kick-Off an Agile Initiative — Learn what it takes to initiate an Agile Project using your next project as the basis of the course. (4-5 days)
• Creating & Facilitating Purposeful Meetings — Consider for a moment how much money is wasted when a group of people get together without a predefined purpose, meeting design and agenda, ground-rules, etc. and worse, after two or more hours, these same people leave without action items being defined. (3 days)
• Writing Effective Use Cases — Capture your business process or your system requirements in a meaningful way. (2-3 days)
• Roadmap to Successful Requirements — Learn the essentials of requirements engineering with particular focus on the models you can use to analyze user requirements for your software. (3 days)

• Agile & Adaptive Leadership — Discover what to look for and how to develop the necessary leadership skills and behaviors required in an agile environment. (1 day)
